Firm Overview

The Soloway Law Firm is devoted to representing only individuals who are victims of wrongful acts and those who become disabled due to injury or illness. We do not represent insurance companies, big business or the government. We are a firm that prides itself upon scholarship, excellence and professionalism. If you are injured or disabled, we want to see that you are rightly and fairly compensated for the invasion of your rights and for all your losses recoverable under the law.

Successfully litigating and trying cases against major insurance companies, corporations and state and federal government agencies has earned us a reputation for experienced and skillful representation. Mr. Soloway is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law at both the state and national level, and has been recognized many times over by inclusion in the Marquis Who's Who In American Law.

The firm's main areas of practice include personal injury and wrongful death, social security, insurance disability claims, civil rights, and federal workers' compensation. We have favorably litigated these cases over many years and lawsuits filed across the southeast United States in both state and federal courts. Several of our cases have resulted in making new, positive law affecting millions of citizens in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi, as we handle the appeals arising from our trial victories.

Our business is earned the old fashioned way, by the results we obtain for our clients, their satisfaction in our dedicated work, and our reputation among our peers which has created a strong referral base. While we have achieved million dollar awards over the years, we treat each client with the courtesy, respect and dignity that they deserve, regardless of the nature or monetary value of their case.

Our approach to the cases we handle is simple. We are aggressive, disciplined and results-oriented. We respect our ethical obligation to our clients and the courts. Using innovation, creativity, versatility and just plain hard work, we are able to utilize our vast experience to the benefit of our clients. We consider the practice of law to be a privilege. Whenever we are afforded the opportunity to represent a client, we make every effort to treat our client and his or her claim in a manner befitting this privilege provided to us.
